The Seraphim Soul's Star is a rare trait shared among some incarnations of the Seraphim Soul; the most well-known individual to have it is Kirby from Dreamland, who gained the Star upon defeating Nightmare with the Star Rod. It is born within the wake of a sense of adventure when within the presence of an incredibly large, yet very grim advance. Should the entity have it, things relating to their souls, be it their memories or even their psyches, are said to take upon a literal star-shaped appearance. The star represents a heightened spirit, allowing the Seraphim Soul to be at their very best at all times; even a Total Seraphim Soul, the strongest variant of the Seraphim Soul (second only to the the mythical Unbounded Seraphim Soul in terms of strength) benefits from it, making them strong even from the perspective of a Total Seraphim Soul. The Seraphim Soul's Vessel is the physical body that a Seraphim Soul forms around themselves if they had no other notions of a physical body beforehand, or as a fallback in case any other physical bodies was seen as unviable in some sort of fashion. There's a reason why Kirby from Dreamland is considered a "Karjam" from the standpoint of the Karjamian Mythos, namely in the fact that he is a Seraphim Soul, himself, just as with the Purple Karjam and Blue K; Kirby is literally his own reality's version of them. The Seraphim Soul is a particularly unique kind of soul, wildly reowned for their flexibility and ability to adapt. Having the Purest of Heart trait at birth (but not necessarily as an awakened trait), they are best characterized by their selfless demeanor, their innate great strength, their huge sense of identity, their tongue-and-cheek sense of humor and their fascinations with adventure. They are associated with the Light Affinity, itself, and thus, tend to be physical embodiments of good. Even if they don't have an active light, Seraphim Souls can utilize a secret technique to activate it regardless, or have it be activated for them by a separate entity. Pokémon are actually quite surprisingly easy to look after, given the fact that the only real needs one needs to look out for are food, drink and social. Pokémon don't have the relevant anatomy needed to urinate or excrete, thereby allowing one to just focus on providing them with the right sort of needs. A Pokémon can eat or drink anything that a human could as their digestive systems are similar. Keep in mind, however, that their stomachs are still weaker than those found on a human; a food designed for Pokémon, therefore, would more specifically be softer just to account for this fact. Pokémon are socializing beings by their very nature, hens their tendency to form civilizations among themselves should they be left to their own demises without human developments of any kind; they have a large need to interact with a trusted friend. Therefore, a proper bond is not only needed, it's also very healthy for a Pokémon. Don't worry about boxing Pokémon in, as they don't really mind;

Sans has the ability to teleport. No one said he couldn't teleport to a place outside of his world's barrier. I know how a block that effects a reality, as a whole, would work; reality, itself, would need to be cursed before traverse though its physical space using anything which inherently requires wormholes, such as Sans' teleportation ability, would've been blocked. Sans always had a means of getting around the barrier; he just never used it.

Of course, encountering their real life counterpart through utilizing multiversal travel might result in some... confusion on their end in some fashion, precisely since you can't be fourth wall aware and be real at the same time. How "correcting" this phenomena can be varies on reality, to reality, from individual to individual and the way that they're fourth wall aware; those who are only fourth wall aware for just a brief period of time may lose their ability to become fourth wall aware, while someone like Deadpool may speak on awareness that they're both fictional and real at the same time.
